Our Response to COVID-19

To our valued customers:

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the outpouring of support many of you have shown us in the past week. Your kindness and your reinforcement has been humbling and we are so thankful to you all.

As you know, the last several days have proved very disruptive to the way everyone navigates the world. The presence of COVID-19 in the United States of America has certainly made us think harder about the way we will operate in the days going forward. To be clear, we will keep operating. As of March 27th 2020, we have no plans to close our doors. Liquor stores are considered essential businesses and we couldn’t be more grateful to continue serving our community during the order to shelter in place.

We have given serious thought into how we will respond to this viral outbreak. We care about the safety and health of our vendors, our staff, our neighbors, our friends, & our family. That is why beginning March 24th 2020, we began only allowing our staff and our sales reps/vendors inside the store. We also changed our store hours to 8am-8pm.

In lieu of in-store shopping, we have begun using the “Curbside To-Go” sales model so as not to be too disruptive to our customers. We are still learning to maneuver through this change and we anticipate it will take some time to get just right. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We have made an online form for pickup available and we are also taking orders over the phone. We have also been successfully taking walk-up orders, too.

Here’s how it works:

Phone Order

-Call us at 715-386-2223

-Tell us what you’d like to order

-Give us your name, your vehicle description, and when you’ll be here to pickup your order

-One of our staff will come out to your vehicle to collect payment for product (we accept cash and card, and will only be processing payment in-house. No over-the-phone payment, sorry). You will received a receipt for your order.

-We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle for you.

Online Order

-Fill out the form and be as specific as possible

-Please do not forget to let us know when to expect you, and what vehicle you’ll be driving

-One of our staff will come out to your vehicle to collect payment for product (we’ll accept cash/card, and only process your payment in-house. No over-the-phone payment, sorry.)

-We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle for you.

Walk-Up Order

-Pull up to our curbside at 2312 Crest View Drive, Hudson, WI 54016. A staff member will be right with you to take your order

-Tell our staff what you’d like us to get for you

-Try and have payment ready before we get your order (eg, if you’re paying with a card, please give your card to the staff member at the time you place your order. This really streamlines things to give you faster service)

-We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle for you.
